ZLC Team brings together students, developers, designers, writers, photographers and models working on technical and creative projects at ZLCOPENHAGEN.
Founded by Zahid Latif, the network connects design and production with Lean, quality and data. Our website and e-commerce platform provide a practical setting for projects in web development, user experience, SEO, languages and engineering communication, alongside photography and creative collaboration.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Each collaboration starts with a conversation about the project, responsibilities and expectations. Before work begins, we agree on the scope, deadlines, credit and how the finished material may be used.
Payment, product exchange or voluntary participation is discussed and agreed in advance. The arrangement depends on the project, and contributors can decide whether it suits them.

STUDENT PROJECTS — WORK WITH A REAL DIGITAL PLATFORM
Looking for a practical case for a student project? ZLCOPENHAGEN offers an existing website and e-commerce platform where you can explore a specific challenge, develop a solution and demonstrate your skills.
WHAT COULD YOU WORK ON?
- Web development: Improve selected pages, troubleshoot functions or develop new features.
- User experience: Explore navigation, mobile usability and how visitors find information.
- SEO and data: Analyse search performance and propose improvements to selected content.
- App development: Build a prototype connected to a specific platform need.
- Languages: Improve Spanish or other language versions through translation and localisation.
- Engineering communication: Write accessible articles about Lean, quality, production systems or sustainability.
INDEPENDENT WORK WITH A CLEAR SCOPE
Projects are student-led and require the ability to work independently. ZLCOPENHAGEN provides the case and an agreed project brief; ongoing supervision is not included.
The scope, access, use of results and any payment arrangements must be agreed before work begins. Proposed changes are reviewed before publication on the live platform.
If you wish to use the case for coursework, you will need approval from your course supervisor. You can also propose an independent portfolio project.
