SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days from order placement. Exceptions are items to be ordered from the manufacturer, if not in stock. Normal delivery time to addresses in Europe is 5-7 business days after the purchase. The goods are sent by either FedEx, GLS, or DAO365. All goods are supplied while stocks last.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

You are always welcome to return products. You can return products 14 days after you have received your order. If you regret your purchase – then you have to return the product in the same condition as you received the product. All returns must be sent via FedEx, GLS, DAO365, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires our signature upon delivery. Note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless we have sent an incorrect size, an incorrect, or damaged item.

The refund will be transferred to your account within max. 7 days since the moment when we receive the product. It can take up to 14 days for the return parcel to be accepted and processed by our return stock. You have to pay the return freight for the products returned. It’s important that you fill out the return form together with the products you want to swap or else we are not able to change your products. It’s important that you write your name, the invoice number and that you want a refund.

ORDERING

We know that you hate spending too many hours behind the screen or struggling with a website that teases. Therefore we have created a page that is easy, simple, and manageable.

When you want to buy an item, simply click on the desired item and click “Add Cart”. Continue until you have finished shopping. When you want to pay for your order, simply click on the shopping cart. All of your items are now gathered there, inside the cart you can also increase the number of items or delete an item. Finally, click on the “Pay” button and fill in your card details and payment information.

PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc. We reserve the right to change prices continuously. The campaigns run throughout the month, however, we can not guarantee that all items will be available all the time. Prices are shown in € (EUR), Danish Krone (DKK), British Pound (GBP), and US Dollar (USD).

All prices include Danish VAT of 25%.

VIEWING ORDERS

By logging in with your username and password, you can always see the past and current orders. If you have questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact customer service. To change your current order, please contact customer service immediately because the order cannot be changed if it’s has been shipped.
